Best place to go to add points in person in WDW?

I was in WDW Jan 5-12. Went to Riviera and Topolino's for the first time. Fell in love with the location. Still in recovery from Disney blues, last week I felt impulsive and called MS to inquire about the process of adding direct points at Riviera to my membership.

Even though I'm already a member and I own 1200 points (all resale though) they said they couldn't help me because Quebec is not a registered jurisdiction and they are unable to do any sales over the phone. My only option to buy directly is to visit in person next time I am in WDW.

So where would you go to do this? Is there a main office where I will be better served?Can I just sign the contract there and arrange payment when I'm back home?

I'll be at BCV for one night next August the night before our cruise, so it'll be my next opportunity.

There is always somebody at SSR. Also, there is a DVC spot at DS.

Do you have an assigned Guide? If so I'd send them an email and ask if they can schedule you an appointment. That way when you get there - you will be priority over the walk-up "window shoppers". Within the States, I've been able to talk to my guide and set appointments to meet in person - not sure if your location prevents them from doing that - otherwise when you get to the hotel - all of the DVC hotels have a kiosk - and you can walk right up and tell them you want to add on points and they will certainly help you.

No assigned guide, as all my contracts were bought resale.

During my Jambo stay I passed by the DVC booth every day. I had one conversation with the rep. He didn't seen to know much. I asked about offers for current members, or if a magical beginning situation was possible with 2024 points, but he couldn't tell me and told me to call, so I postponed this to when I got back.

I would call member services and ask to be assigned a guide or ask someone on here to recommend their guide to you

I'll share an unsolicited Guide recommendation if you want to call someone in advance, though will highlight she isn't in Florida (Cali based). She's been excellent, very knowledgeable, and we've used her on several purchases with them all being on the phone instead of in person (I understand it'd be different since you can't do the phone from Quebec, but maybe could from Florida / US-based / etc).

Is it a Disney cruise? I think they offer additional DVC discounts on Disney cruises….
