Best place to eat in DHS????

Wondering if anyone can help us out with this decision,we will be @ Hollywood studios on our 4th day and could not get fantasmic ressie,so we made a dinner only adr @ mama melrose ,there was also availability @ hollywood & vine, DH and I have eaten there before without the kids, just ok for me,DH liked it more.Have never eaten @ Mama melrose, does anyone have a recent experience there that you can share? or maybe can suggest another place altogether that we would enjoy with the kids 14& 4 ?
clock is ticking to get in somewhere??Omg I still haven't packed a thing!!

We ate there in December, it was great! We had the Chicken Parmesan. Mama's has to be one of our favs!!! We will be eating there again in about 6 weeks!

Ate at Mama's in March. I was a little worried, because I had read some bad reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. LOVED the rolls they served. All 6 in our party enjoyed their food, but some of the portions were small. I was really, REALLY disappointed with Mama's Tiramisu, however.

Here are some pics of the food, if you're interested :)

The Hollywood Brown Derby is our favorite at the Studios followed by the 50's Prime Time. Mama Melrose is very overpriced so-so Italian food. Think Olive Garden without the salad and breadsticks. It isn't bad, it just isn't good if you know what I mean. Hollywood & Vine is a Disney buffet - food is kind of generic but OK.

The Brown Derby and 50's are the only TS restaurants we visit at DHS. And, ITA regarding H&V! The food has the quality of a school cafeteria. Yuck!

50's PTC is our favorite although this trip we're doing H&V and SCiFI since it's my son's birthday and he loves cars. I am all Italian (1st generation American) and I tend to avoid Italian food at WDW. I just never had a tasty experience with anything Italian yet. I may be prejudice from my Italian genetics but that's me. One of my favorite foods in ALL of the parks is 50's PTC peanut butter and jelly milkshake and pot roast. This is coming from someone who doesn't like milkshakes and hates pot roast!
