Traveling solo to the World. Any recommendations on good places to eat at the bar? Thanks

I definitely recommend Il Mulino at the Swan. The full restaurant menu is available at the bar/in the lounge and there is live music on Friday nights. TiW is accepted, but they aren't on the dining plan. Another good option is Crew's Cup in the Yacht Club, but their menu is a bit more limited. Have fun!

I second the Territory Lounge at Wilderness Lodge. I also like the Tune In Lounge (if you like the food at 50's Prime Time).

AK Nomad Lounge
DHS 50's Prime Tune In Lounge
DHS Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge
AKL Sanaa Lounge
WL Geyser Point Bar and Grill
CR California Grill Lounge
DS House of Blues

POFQ Scat's Club has new menu that looks good

I just had an amazing experience at the Flying Fish bar. Super nice and welcoming staff in gorgeous surroundings.

Their drinks are exceptionally good for the price, and the appetizers are divine.

The bar at Sanaa at Animal Kingdom (resort) Kidani Village.

Jiko at Animal Kingdom (resort) Jambo House has a bar-like area but it's not where they make drinks, it's where they prepare some of the food.

If you are asking for a bar to eat in a park my number one choice is the Yak and Yeti in Animal Kingdom. Eat there every trip!

Territory Lounge: They reduced their menu selections a few months back, so it's not the same superb place it once was, but the offerings are still solid (and you can still get the smoked mushroom bisque).
Geyser Point: Honestly, the food is mostly average, but the locale is very pretty and sits right on the water.
Sanaa or Jiko: Both are very nice and the food is good.
Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar: Another fine venue with good drinks and solid eats
The Boathouse: Excellent location (and you can sit out on the deck) with topnotch food
Tutto Gusto: The true bar area is small, but there are small tables, couches, and chairs scattered about the rest of the interior which give it a very cozy feel. Excellent small plates (or you can order from Tutto Italia next door) and a wine list stocked with some very good Italian varietals.

Animal Kingdom Nomad Lounge is usually pretty relaxing. In hollywood studios I like the 50's Prime Tune In Lounge, though last time I ate at the bar there we got stuck next to some annoying, loud, very drunk folks. Though I still like it because you can get the full menu, but you can't get the AP discount at the bar.

These sound great!

Question for you- since it will be DH and I on many future trips, this might be a nice way to try restaurants without an ADR. Do you find that there's availability for you to dine at the bar? I guess I'm thinking there will be many who are there to have a pre dinner drink before being seated.

We love Brown Derby Lounge! Very relaxing spot to watch the crowds go by while enjoying cocktails and small plates. Never had an issue getting a table. But keep in mind that it is outdoors, so not a good choice if you want the air conditioning!

Sanaa Lounge is another favorite. We love the bread service... so yummy and practically a meal in itself! It is small - and oddly has no view of the savannah - but we enjoy the atmosphere and always find a table.

Most I've mentioned--and I suspect most, in general--have fine availability since, truly, they are a bar. Territory Lounge, for example, is rarely crowded and is quite spacious to boot. I don't think you'd have a problem.

Great recs. Does boathouse serve their whole menu at the outside dockside Bar?
