Thing is...we WEREN'T on the dining plan...spent $400 between 7 adults and 3 kids...

That's horrible. I'm so sorry that happened to you Since you had a large party, was the tip added automatically? The servers don't seem to shine unless they really need to.

yes..the tip was added automatically..but you can have that removed...One of the people in our party told the "manager" that he hated to punish the wait staff when there are more people in the chain (ie cooks, hostesses, prep) that go into making a dinner late

The manager made a token offering..but didn't have the kahunas to come tell us..just sent the waitress out ...very unprofessional!
