Best pizza on property?

If I crave pizza at Disney, I'll either do the Via Napoli pizza window or Mod Pizza in Disney Springs. If off-property is an option, So Dough Square is good.

I've seen nothing but good to great reviews for So Do, in your opinion, was it just good by central FL standards or really good? lol

I currently live just north of Detroit, and I think it would fit in up here. Not the best, but very good.

We never get pizza on property. We always have a car so we go to Giordano's for an excellent thin crust pizza--not fans of Chicago style. We like lots of veggies & maybe pepperoni. And usually split a salad. The prices are reasonable. The service is good & friendly. We usually take some back to OKW to eat cold at the pool the next day--still really good.

Has anyone mentioned Wolfgang Puck? I forgot it even existed. But we ducked in last trip during a monsoon as we were right there. No wait. Had a quite respectable wild mushroom wood-fired pizza.

Do you know if it's the same pizza from the other location that's not there anymore?

Are you going to trust someone who has different tastes in pizza than you do?

I think people get a little ridiculous about how bad Disney/Florida pizza is.

We visit from a big food/pizza area and we absolutely like Via Napoli. And last trip we really enjoyed Pizza Ponte at Disney Springs.
In a post upthread I said VN was the best pie on property (IMHO) and Blaze at DS was decent: wrong!!

I actually meant Pizza Ponte is decent; sorry about that.

The only one I really bash on is the little round pizzas like from Pizzafari or PizzaRizzo. Those are just sad. Via Napoli is the only other in-park option and is respectable for sure. MK doesn't even have pizza! They have some flatbrads, but that's just not the same.

Via Napoli
Why would they import water when there are water treatment machines that can do it in house with local tap water.
Mineral content.
Florida has hard water and most treatment options will use softeners that replace the natural minerals with sodium.
That's why Florida is known for terrible bread and coffee (their water) and some restaurants import water from up here. Steve Martorano's famous florida restaurant imports Philly water.

There is technology for that now:

Replicate Any Water In The World

I only know about this because Playa Pizza used to promote it. They were just behind MK by cast parking but recently closed, the pizza did not live up the the hype...not sure if that is an indictment of the water though.

It hasn't been as good lately, but there was a time when VN was the closest I found to the pizza in Naples....though, still much different. Philly and NY pizza is good but not really like traditional Neapolitan pizza.
