Best Pizza near Windsor Hills

I am looking for some opinions on where to get the best pizza nearby to Windsor Hills. I have no preference to pick up or delivery....will do either. Feeding myself, DH, five kids, mom and friend so it has to be somewhere that has a good variety of choices. Thanks guys!!

Funny, I'm staying in Indian Creek next week and was going to post the same question... Looking for something quick and easy for dinner on arrival day.

Easy... Giordano's.. a famous Chicago pizza place has a restaurant on US-192 about .75 miles away, and they deliver to Windsor Hills!

Try the deep dish pizza...yumm..... getting hungry just thinking about it!

We always plan a pizza night when we're at WHR and let the kids swim in the pool while we have pizza and a movie night at home.

Is their deep dish pizza similar to UNOs deep dish? We are planning on having it our first night since I know that we will not be checking in until after four and I will most definately not be up for cooking for 9 people!! So i figured we would do just as you said, pizza, swimming and a movie, and then to bed to rest up for our first park day!!

It is very similar to Uno's, Uno's is another famous Chicago pizzeria! There's actually an Uno's in Kissimmee further down US-192 to the east of I-4, just so you know, it's a lot further down the road though than Giordano's, so I'm not sure if they deliver to Windsor Hills or not. Uno's has great pizza too though, when you live in Chicago (like I do) it's actually tough to choose from all of the many great pizza places!

We like to go to Beef O'Bradys for take out or eat in they have great wings! We have also ordered Outback, TGI Fridays, Carrabba's they are all very good!

OK, I'm in the minority but I didn't care for Giordanos pizza. Are there any other pizza outlets nearby?

There's a Pizzeria Uno's right down US-192 east of I-4 ...I'm just not sure if they deliver to the WHR area or not.

Windsor Hills is on section 2, the "shortcut" road to WDW is on this map also, Sherberth.

There have been mentions of a New York style pizza place somewhere around...and 1-2 other places (I think one was called Cici's?).

If you check the map you'll see ALL of the restaurants and stores up and down 192 though!

There is a Pizza Hut near Old Town - we always enjoy the pizza there. I read that there is also a Flippers that quite a few people liked.

do you have the directions from WH to the giordano's pizza when I am at the light at 192 where there is the outback where do you go? will be there march 8

Well I'm not sure where the Outback is to be honest (you can check the map link above for US-192) but if you go from WHR north to where Old Lake Wilson Road and US-192 intersect (or take the other route Funie Steed to Entry Point / Sherberth)...you would go left (west)...and it's .25 miles down on your left. It's by the grocery store, big freestanding restaurant building, hard to miss it.

It's in the parking lot of the grocery store strip mall area there on your left (south side of US-192). Just keep a good eye out for it...with all of the stuff on US-192 you could easily drive right by it (it's a very cluttered looking road with all of the stores and signage and all).

you know what I had outback on the corner where I came out of from EI resort there's an outback and a home rental I think florida sun homes and a grocery store red lobster was at this light also so I go to 192 and turn left and it's on the left

We were there last week - Giordano's was awesome!
There is also a good Chinese restaurant in the same plaza as Giordano's and they will deliver. I think it was called Taste of China.

I believe there is a place called Flipper's Pizza that delivers to the Formosa Gardens area.

We are also in the minority in that we didn't like Giordano's.

I have been told by someone who lives there that Flippers is the best pizza and they do deliver to Windsor Palms, Windsor Hills and Emerald Island.

We will be there in 3 weeks staying at Windsor Hills and we will try both Pizza places. Giordanos sounds really good. We love Pizza!
