Hahaha, you're like me. From the time of my first camera purchase until I felt like I had some clue about what I was doing, six years. All during those first years I would make attempts here and there to try out the other modes on my camera but quickly reverted to trusty old auto. Right around when digital was getting big, my wife bought me a book about photography and my camera quickly started making much more sense.Every year I vow to learn how to use my camera so I can finally take it off "Auto". Every. Year. I guess it's only February, right?...![]()
Ooh, very nice! I would be surprised if you didn't get a primo view of that side of DCA. I can not overstate how awesome it is to just mosey up to your room and lounge on the balcony for World of Color. No obstructions, not as loud and absolutely no fighting the crowd as you leave (or during, for that matter) the area when it's done. Granted, they are some pricey seats but well worth it, imo.I'm hoping we have that kind of view when we stay at DGC in two weeks. We've stayed there before but first time in the new DVC rooms!
I was afraid that might be the case. From the looks of it, if you were to go much higher, the angle would be off as well.I took this one with my phone from my sixth floor balcony last week, so I don't think you can ever really get a shot over the trees.
One of my favorites from last trip

Your very kind! If you really want it just right click and save it. I have to say though its just a little off center. Hoping to get a better shot this summer.

Thank You!!At work I have an "Office Space" photo, one where they are beating the crap out of the printer that always jams. LOL But this would be so nice for my laptop at home.
