Best Parks to Drive to from AKL?

Hi all,

We will be at AKL and will have a rental. Which parks will it be easier to drive to instead of taking bus?

DTD yes, MK no, other parks probably yes but YMMV.

We took the bus to MK. Truthfully,AKL bus service is pretty good to all of the parks. They don't share with other resorts so it's always "Non-Stop" service. DTD is always a sore subject with me. No matter what resort your traveling from bus service to and from seems to take forever! On the other hand, trying to find a parking space at DTD seems to be nearly impossible!!!!

We drive to DTD in the morning because you can find a place to park and bus over in the afternoon or evening because of parking!

I have also read that the bus service from the Animal Kingdom Lodge is excellent.
If you still want to drive the only park that it really makes no sense driving to is the Magic Kingdom. Only Disney buses are allowed near the entrance. All other traffic must go to the TTC. From there you have to either tram or walk to the boat or monorail to the MK.
