Best Park and Area for Stitch and Belle

My dd and ds love Stitch and Belle. Which parks and areas are best to find them?

Last time we were there, May 2003, we found Stitch tucked away in the back by the Animation Tour in MGM. You might have to ask to find him. But its quiet back there!

We also found Belle and the Beast in Epcot, in France, behind the Perfume Shoppe.

I have seen Stitch in MK just as you enter the park. You can also check his whereabouts with the CM at the info board on the left, toward the castle end of Main St.
I have seen Belle at Epcot, at the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Norway. She & the Beast are often in the France pavilion. I have seen them in the perfume shop in France also.
City Hall in MK can answer any questions you have, whether it's about Character locations or anything else.
Guest Relations inside the other parks can help also.

We saw Stitch at AK on the way from the Lion King show going to the exit for the park.

On my last couple of trips, I've seen him on Discovery Island near the bridge to Camp Minnie-Mickey at AK and at MGM next to the Animation Tour. I also saw him a few times during my last trip in front of the Chinese Theater at MGM.

I've seen Belle quite a few times in the France Pavillion at EPCOT. She has a little library next to the perfume shop and she usually can be found in there, sometimes with the Beast. The two of them were also by the Chinese Theater in MGM. Belle also hosts her own storytime at MK near the Map Tea Party. She tells her story with a little help from some of the children in the audience and then does meet-and-greets afterwards.

We went into City Hall in the Magic Kingdom to get our pictures. I was walking around the back while my wife was paying and Belle and Cinderella were just sitting on a bench with absolutely knowone around them. So you might want to check that out.

over the summer i got great lilo and stitch pix at MGM right in front of the giant mickey ears pin trading hat center which is in front of the chinese theatre. all the characters get announced like a lil show. it's real cute!
