Best options in MK to share a meal

I'm planning on taking a group of 6 teens to MK in late September. I'm paying for tickets for all of us for just one day at MK. One day is all we'll have. Most of these kids have never been so I figure giving them one day is better than nothing. Money will be an issue with some of the kids and I'm not going to be able to cover food and tickets. Where are the best places to get a shareable portion of food? Any other ideas to help me help them stretch their money?

If they like hot dogs, Caseys Corner offers a footlong hotdog with pulled pork and Cole slaw along with fries. Could definitely be split in half (it's a very large portion). They also have plain footlong hotdogs and a chili cheese one with fries. All are under $13.

They can also pack a lunch if they wanna bring a backpack. And then maybe just spend a few bucks on snacks like ice cream. Also they can get free ice water at all quick service locations and star bucks. I would get a bottle or two of water flavoring and use that to help stay hydrate and keep cost down.

Granted its not directly in the MK, but Gasparilla Grill at the Grand Floridian is a quick boat or monorail ride away. They have large pizzas for 14-16$ a piece.

Yeah I am local and pack often. When I take my nephews they're fine with it because they are trying to rack up as much ride time as possible. They eat while waiting in the stand by line lol

I would absolutely pack lunches with water bottles, and save the splurge for getting ice cream for everyone.

We split the fajita platter with extra tortillas at Pecos Bills and usually throw a ton away as the 2 of us can't finish it together.

Cosmic Ray's has a half chicken and ribs combo that can easily be shared. (The half chicken is also available as an entree & might be enough for some...but who knows with teenagers!) The chicken nuggets & fish at Columbia Harbor House can also be shared.

There's a pot roast mac & cheese at the Friar's Nook that is shareable as well. Also, you'd have to make an ADR for lunch but the entrees at BOG for lunch are shareable. Use your own judgement but I'd get maybe two-three entrees for a party that size. Even if the meal doesn't end up filling everyone up, you have so many snacks to choose from that are also shareable portions to make up for it later!

Great value but they don't serve it until after 4 pm - but the 1/2 chicken is a big meal still.

Casey's has corn dog nuggets as well as hot dogs. The nuggets probably can't be split, but they aren't too expensive.

The fajita platter at Pecos Bill's can definitely be split between 2 and probably still have leftovers- it's a lot of food! I'd definitely look into packing a lunch though!
