Anybody have avice on good offsite hotels, ideally which provide transport to parks, and maybe close to the i-ride trolley stops as we don't drive and need to work out the best way to get around all of the parks and shops in Orlando. Thanks Dawn.

Dawn how long are you going for? For more than 10 days I would suggest you looking at splitting your time and spending half on site and half along I-Drive to cover the attractions there. I think Disney are offering 7 days for the price of 4 on selected dates and hotels at the moment ( check with http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com ). On I-Drive there are dozens of hotels that would fit the bill if you're just looking at coverage for that area and it very much depends on your budget as to the most suitable. I've always thought the Wyndham on the corner of IDrive and Sandlake road offers a good mix of value, location,on site restaurants and nice pool/leisure facilities. This would minimise the amount of times you have to commute from I-Drive to WDW and back which can be time consuming. It may work out to be slightly more expensive, but it would be a good deal more convenient.

Though we are now well and truly converted to villa life, if I was to stay in a hotel again, I'd highly recommend Holiday Inn Family Suites, for its proximity to Disney (less than 5 minutes), the really great rooms with loads of facilities, the pool and the free warm(ish) breakfasts.
