Well in my quest to determine what is the best meal plan for our family I'd love to hear your best CS, TS, anc character meals at all the parks including DTD...Thanks!

Here is ours:

Magic Kingdom:
Counter Service -- Columbia Harbour House
Table Service -- Crystal Palace and Plaza Restaurant

Epcot:
Counter Service -- Sunshine Season
Table Service -- LeCellier and Biergarten

Hollywood Studios:
Counter Service -- Backlot Express (but only because I had to name one)
Table Service -- Mama Melrose

Animal Kingdom:
Counter Service -- Flame Tree Barbecue
Table Service -- have never done one at Animal Kingdom (and we don't care for Rainforest Cafe--we have them in Chicago and they don't impress us)

don't discount the resort restaurants ~ most are excellent, & you can check out the resorts too (notably, AKL, BWV, GF, etc)

M.K.....Columbia Harbour House(CS)....Crystal Palace(TS)

Epcot.....Sunshine Seasons(CS).......Coral Reef(TS)

MGM....(CS)..Don't love any....usually wind up in the pizza place...
(TS)Brown Derby...

A.K.....old tusker house(CS)....haven't eaten anywhere else....


DTD.....wolfgang puck express and Earl of Sandwich....(CS)
never ate TS there.

My favorite restaurants are in the hotels....in no order...

WL....Whispering canyon cafe....fun atmosphere
Contemporary....California Grill
Poly.....Kona Cafe
BW.....Spoodles
AKL.....Boma

Thanks for all the suggestions so far. I know it totally depends on your family but I have read several threads, including this one, where restaurants are repeated so I will keep those on the lists. I'm just trying to get a feel of where we would eat when we go to each park or resort.

AK CS-Flametree BBQ TS-Only been to Rainforest Cafe

DTD CS- our favorite CS in all DW is Wolfgang Puck Express!!!
TS-House of Blues

Resorts CS-Pepper Market at CSR, Boardwalk Bakery at BWI
TS-California Grill!!!, Kona Cafe Poly, Spoodles BWI
