Best NYE Fireworks? Where will you be at Midnight?

Who has the best fireworks. We have a reservation at Tonys but don't know if I want to have to deal with those crowds ALL day just to see the fireworks at MK. What time would we have to get there to almost Guarentee to get in? We will be at AKV at that point.

Whos are the best between the three parks?

I heard Downtown Disney has really awesome ones. I'll probably try Epcot that day and finish at DTD & SSR.

Epcot was wonderful at NYE last year. We had a great day just wandering around and soaking up the atmosphere, although did book Le Cellier dead on the 180 day mark

We have been to all of the NYE fireworks and we will be returning to EPCOT this year. Since we are at the BWV's it's also very easy for us to go there or MGM. One thing to note is that the MK fireworks are given a test run on the night of December 30, so you can watch those the night before NYE (when the MK is much less crowded) and then catch one of the others on NYE.

Thanks very much for the GREAT info. What is better to watch, MK fireworks or candle light processional on Dec 30th? Can both be don't on the 30th? Because we were thinking that we would do epcot on 30th because its the last day for the Holidays around the world. We aren't getting there until the 30th so that the only day to see it. Is that worth going to?

On NYE what time would we have to get to MK or Ecpot to "For Sure" get in?

Is there any chance to get a dining Ressie this late?

Epcot won't close at night for NYE.

ADR's at Epcot are not going to happen at this point. But try. You might have better luck at Swan and Dolphin.

I wouldn't bet on this. We have done Epcot NYE and the park DID close both during the day and at night.

Some of the parks will close during the day, especially around noon time. But but night time the parks will open back up. I would not wait until 11 pm to head to a park. You can call the front desk of the hotel to see if any of the parks are closed and when they may reopen.

You can do both. My DS and I are scuba diving in the Living Seas on December 30, then eating in Germany with the whole family, then heading over to the MK for the fireworks. If you go late at night, you will get into the MK without a problem. Call and ask about reservations for dinner. They still may have something.

We have never eaten at that restuarant. My Dw wife loves the plum wine they serve.
