Best Non-Character breakfast...

Going on a trip in july, staying at the dolphin with my fiance. It will just be the two of us and our favorite meal of the day is breakfast. We have booked chef mickeys and crystal palace, but want to have breakfast away from the characters at least once.... any suggestions???

I've heard that Captain's Grille in Yacht Club is excellent and a buffet. From what I understand, it's generally the same food that is served at the Cape May cafe breakfast buffet. I haven't tried it yet, but we may do it in August.

Kona Cafe at the Poly

Tonga Toast is a must have!

Kona Cafe is also our favorite for breakfast.... LOVE the Tonga Toast! We also like Boma for breakfast (this one's a buffet).

Another vote for Kona. I had the Macadmean Pancakes in March and they were so good that I went back a few days later and had them again.

It's pretty much the same food, but my favorite breakfast buffets without characters were at the Swan (Garden Grove on weekdays; weekends have characters) and Boma at Animal Kingdom Lodge.

I used to like Fresh at the Dolphin, but I heard things have changed. I need to go back there to see if it's as good as I remember.

Kona Cafe at the Poly has great breakfast food. I love their pancakes, and my sis loves their Tonga Toast.

Boma, hands down. Not only is the food amazing, but you get a chance to see the Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is breath taking.
