I found breakfasts to be the hardest to schedule because we never what time we'd *realistically* be up and hungry every day. We stayed at the Yacht Club last time, which has no food court, and even the Beach Club Marketplace gets old after a day or so. For last minute breakfasts, we were able to get Cape May Cafe (not even 1/2 full), Yacht Club Galley (this place was always empty), and Donald's Breakfastosaurus. I know you asked for non character meals, but the two I mentioned don't really have the hoopla that the more popular character meals do. Cape May is a character meal, but it's pretty low key, as it's a smaller place, and the food was good. I do have to say that the character interaction was excellent since there weren't that many people, but you also didn't feel rushed. Donald's Breakfastosaurus really shouldn't be a character meal since they are too large for only the 4 characters circulating, but the buffet is good! Both are good for quick, hearty breakfasts since you can go get your own food.
