Best Moderate?

I am seriously looking into POR. I was wondering for those of you who said it was their favorite if you could tell me what section you stayed in or which you prefer?

Hello!

We have only stayed at POR once, but we were in the Mansions-Magnolia Terrace, Room 8590. I must say that our room location was fantastic ! We were by a bus stop (longest we ever had to wait was 5 minutes for a bus). We were close to a quiet pool and laundry facilities. And our walk to the Food Court/Main pool/Registration was 5 minutes max. Now that we are a family of 5, I'm sure we'll have an opportunity one day to stay in Alligator Bayou for the trundle bed. Can't wait!

POFQ! It is our favorite. We have stayed at all mods except CSR. I would not hesitate to recommed FQ! We just love it there!

I have only stayed in CBR and LOVED IT!!!!! this year i am trying CSR....

I love the pofq, I think it has to do with the size. Everything is in walking distance, and I love the boat ride to dtd.

I would have to say our favorite resort is either POR/POFQ because with our DD(3-1/2) we found that we should only do the parks two days straight and relax around the resort on the 3rd day. We just like having the extra ammenities that those resorts give us, like bike rental, boat rental, carriage ride and the boat to downtown disney. If you stay at POFQ it is smaller so your not really far from anything, I prefer getting a room towards the POR side because we like to walk over to POR. At POR below is some info I gathered up. We have stayed in the back of the resort and for me walking to the main building took 8 minutes, with my 3-1/2DD it takes longer because we have to look/feed the ducks/rabbits and look over the bridge to see if there are any fish so it takes longer but this is a PRO not a negative
What Buildings are closest to the pool area?
Alligator Bayou building 27 & 38 or Magnolia Terrace.

What buildings are closest to the main bus stop?
Alligator Bayou - Building 14 & 15

What buildings are closest to the food court?
Alligator Bayou buildings 14, 15, or 18.

Bus: Bus transportation is available to all theme parks, water parks, and the Downtown Disney.

Approximate Duration:
MGM Studios -- 15 minutes
Epcot -- 10 minutes
Magic Kingdom -- 10 minutes
Animal Kingdom -- 15 minutes
Downtown Disney -- 20 minutes

CSR is my favorite because there is no shared transportation, the pool and slide are the best and I love their food court.

We almost stayed at POFQ in September, but then decided last minute to go CSR. We LOVED it! You will too!!!

No doubt... CSR! Awesome pool and pool bar , great food, and IMHO the best resort grounds and layout of the MODS
