Best Moderate for the holidays?

We may be able to swing a trip to Disney during the holidays. We've never been during that time. Is there any Moderate that stands out during the holidays? I know they don't do as much as the deluxes. I know it will all be subject to availability during that busy season, but what should I try for? I really don't have a preference. It will be me, DH and DD5.

We always enjoyed CBR at Christmas. They have a party on Christmas Eve that my kids enjoyed. I think it all comes down to the theming that you like best.
