Best moderate for senior citizens?

My 80 yr old granddad and his 76 yo girlfriend at staying at POFQ right this second visiting my mom =) That's the resort she chose for them, due to mobility, size, amenities, location, and price =)

Both of them refuse to rent a scooter or anything =)

Lindababe, yes, my mom does drive. I actually floated the idea of an ECV to her to see how she would react. She's afraid she will run into people, not be able to stop it, etc. I'll bring it up again sometime soon. I know that there's quite a cost difference, right?
