Best moderate for adults only trip

DH and I stayed at POFQ on our honeymoon and liked it very much. It's significantly smaller than the other moderates. We had a room that faced the Sassagoula River, so it was very quiet, but at the same time it was still close to the main building. The decor is very pretty and I did not find it to be childish at all.
