What is your best Magic Morning strategy??
We will have 4 kids (5, 6, 11, 13) So we will do everything.

If Peter Pan is important that is #1 in Fantasyland. But since your kids are older Space, then Finding Nemo, it doesn't have FP so is good to hit early, then Matterhorn. Matterhorn has a shorter line on the Fantasyland side.

We still and will probably always do Peter Pan, Dumbo, Mr Toad, Alice, Teacups *or Teacups, Alice* Matterhorn and then we'll head over to Space maybe ride it but for sure pick up a FP to use later. We even do this on non MM days ~ get there early and head straight for PP, Dumbo then Matterhorn *none of them offer FP and the lines are generally long later in the day.

DisneyMomma i hope it's okay that I totally copied your plan for Fantasyland for MM.

My preferred MM plan:

- Be one of the first on PP (which means being at or near the front of the MM turnstile at opening)
- Then Dumbo
- Matterhorn (or Alice)
- Alice (or Matterhorn...both sides of the Matterhorn)
- Toadie (or Teacups)
- Teacups (or Toady)
- Carousel/Pinocchio/Snow White (any order)

If SM or Buzz are on your MM plan....then head over to tomorrowland after Toadie....& do the Carousel/Littlewoodenhead & SW (& her buddies the dwarfs) at another time as they aren't as crowded.

This plan is the basic consensus on these boards. You'll see many people recommending this same plan. It works wonderfully! :thumbsup2

It's even in my MM superthread: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1675403

What's the best "touring plan strategy" for MM?
Assuming you are doing Fantasyland for your MM, in order to have the shortest lines, this strategy is recommended:
(0). Arrive before MM begins and run straight to...
1. Peter Pan (always first!!!)
2. Dumbo
3. Matterhorn/Mr. Toad/Alice
4. Pinocchio/Snow White/Mad Tea Party/King Arthur's Carousel

I beat DLR 29 to it by one minute. :lmao:

Most of us agree with the important stuff.

- Be near the front at opening (especially if you want to do PP & Dumbo with little or no line).
- PP first (always first).

Thanks everyone!
One more question: after MM, do you recommend heading to Indy? Or something else? :)

The first most important step for a good MM is to be there before the gates open. So you're among the first into the parks. Which lets you be among the first at the first ride you choose, etc etc.

Once you've accomplished what you wanted to with MM, go to the ride you want to ride most of all. We did that for Indy once. But you don't want to still be in a line at the end of MM...you'll want to plan, and get over to the area of the land you want. Leave Fantasyland and line up, for instance, at the rope in front of Adventureland, and that helps you be among the first in that land, and among the first to Indy. Heck, you could even snag FPs for the ride before getting into line, and still get a good place in the line.

The bulk of the general public won't come in for another couple hours, so even the first hour or two after MM will be lighter...you'll watch the empty spaces fill in as the day goes on...and you'll be SO glad that you got there early, got out of the MM and prepared for the next rides, etc etc....

(can you tell we did your plan on our last trip? :) )
