Best lunch at Epcot

Take a peak at the children's menu if you're thinking of Spice Road, which we enjoy. A beef slider and a chicken kabob, somewhat limited IMO! For lunch we also enjoy the Rose & Crown, les Chefs.

Sunshine Seasons offers a nice variety. We love Garden Grill but it would definitely be a very hearty lunch. We also enjoyed Lotus Blossom Cafe for a light lunch. It was filling but not overwhelming.

Definitely a matter of opinion (as is everything at WDW) but our favourite is Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe. Nothing beats a salmon and egg sandwich or a Norwegian club followed by one of their fabulous bakery items.
