Best Limo Service??

Hey everyone!

New to the boards!

I am curious which limo service you all would recommend from Orlando airport to the resort. We are bypassing the DME on the way in to make our vacation a bit more special.

Trouble is ... I have been reading all sorts of troubling reports about drivers not showing up on time, having bad attitudes, etc. and I'm really worried about picking a limo service and having a bad experience. There seems to be too many horror stories and I want everything to be as perfect as possible!

I know it's impossible to predict, but which service would you all recommend? Who has the safest track record?

I have used several and while almost every time has been fine, there have been one or two experiences that weren't terrific.
I used Tiffany Towncar many times, with great experiences. I am always very comfortable recommending them.
I have used our board sponsor, FL Tours, several times as well. But, I had varying experiences with them. But, to be honest, those experiences were during a time of transition...the company has been under new management since I used them...and I've heard nothing but good about them. My experiences??? I was promised a grocery stop on Thanksgiving morning...I asked about it at least three times...told it wouldn't be an issue as long as I arrived before 5pm. Well, we arrived before noon...and the driver told me there would be no stopping since all the grocery stores were closed for the holiday. I asked about a convenience store. Nope, couldn't do it. I was not a happy camper.
Of course that was the same driver that was nowhere to be found upon arrival....we got our bags, stood around for a bit, then dh went in search of this driver. He was outside the terminal area, smoking. Same thing happened upon departure from BW. We arrived at the pickup spot about 5 mins prior to the appointed time...car nowhere to be found. Waited for 15 mins, no car. I called the company and was told that the driver had left 30 mins ago and should have been there already, and to call back if he wasn't there in 10 mins. Well, I noticed a towncar sitting down by the BW bus stop area. Dh walked down, and yep, there was the driver, standing outside the car, to the side, having a smoke!!!! He got no tip. And an email was sent to the company telling them of our complete dissatisfaction.
But...as I said, the company is now in new hands. I was going to use them a year or so ago, but had to cancel. They did make several calls to make sure everything was fine.
There are many good companies out there. I'm sure you'll get lots of info here.

I'm pretty sure that years ago Tiffany Towncar was the sponsor of the transportation board and thats why we started using them. Over the years we have used them about 8 or 10 times all with great results. Very professional, curtious drivers, always on time, always clean new vehicles. My wife and kids used them two weeks ago for a pick up at MCO, and I drove down. Like always the driver was waiting at the baggage claim area where you come down the esclator, on time, neatly dressed, and had a new clean car.

I used Happy Limo once for a large party of about 13 for a Disney Cruise. I booked a stretch Ford Excursion and a van for luggage. They showed up with a stretch Hummer and no van. Said they up-graded me to the Hummer so they didnt send the van, which I paid extra for. So there we are with luggage on our laps going to the port and me yelling at the guy on the phine! So I wasn,t Happy with Happy Limo.

I tried FL Tours once and they were good but I wasn't happy with their pricing for some reason. I think they hit me with some extra fee or something.
