Best Lightweight Jacket for WDW in December?

I'm looking for a light weight jacket to wear to Disney in 2 weeks! I want a warm jacket without the bulk and was thinking about a North Face Denali jacket BUT it's expensive.

So I was wondering if anyone has opinions on the BEST light weight jacket for Disney in December?

I use the REI Classic Fleece jacket. Very lightweight and suprisingly warm when needed. Can wear anytime.

I'm heading to DW today and that's what I'm taking, altough the "lows" in the 60's ain't exactly cold.

In December I'm always comfortable in a hoodie plus fleece-lined denim shirt if it's below 65. A wide cotton scarf is nice, too.

I think the best one is the one you get to buy at WDW!

I usually take something fleece. Light enough to carry in back pack when not wearing, warm & snuggly when on.

This year so far it does seem to be a little warmer in FL for Dec. But, the last two years we have gone down and actually "froze" . I was totally miserable. Had on a heavy coat, scarf, gloves, hat - the works!! There was a light wind most of the time also. There was ice in the mornings and they lost a lot of plants. So, my point is, you can have mild, hot, or cold at this time. I am a LA girl so was used to the southern Dec. weather (I thought) because it is usually a very mild month, but lately So, prepare for anything and layer! Trying to walk slowly, or stand and watch, take pictures of the Osbourne lights with gloves and freezing is no fun. Hope you have better luck and enjoy .

It's soft and stretchy, has a soft fleecy feel to the inside (great when you are wearing short sleeves), doesn't make me wet when I wear it in the rain, is lightweight, has long sleeves (I have very long arms) and it has the thumbhole. I love the thumbhole! keeps my hands warmer but i can still use my fingers. Since it stretches, you can wear layers underneath. I wear a women's 18/20 and the XL fits, though personally I'd prefer it to come in XXL. I bought it on sale, so I'm not sure the price anymore.

I have a qulited jacket from lands end I think they are called Dory. Love it it is not fleece & washes like a dream. During soccer season I was it almost weekly.
