We will be at WDW in July when it will be very hot and humid (and understatement!). We tend to eat pretty healthy anyway, and I can't see eating burgers and fries for 5 days straight while touring the parks. Maybe for a meal, but not each and every one of them! Each day our lunch will be at a CS location at a theme park. We will spend 2 days at MK and one day at each of the other 3 parks.
What is the best healthy or light food for lunch in the parks? I looked at the menus and saw several items, but wondering which ones taste the best. Are the salads fresh? Grilled chicken not too salty (I know, asking too much)? I also noticed that with many meals, you have a choice of either fries or something healthier (carrot sticks, etc.), so that's good too. I just can't see myself eating fried foods or very heavy foods while touring the parks on a very hot July day. I tend to lose my appetite easily in the heat and humidity, and I have a very sensitive stomach so heavy food would not be a good combination with the weather!
Thanks,
Bonnie
