Best (least crowded) place to watch Christmas Parade

We are heading to WDW for the Very Merry Christmas Party in a few weeks. What are your favorite spots to watch the parade? I'd prefer somewhere not as crowded and my wife prefers a good view of the castle. Holding a spot for over an hour for a parade seems like such a waste of time, but I know it's needed. What say you?

Last year we grabbed a spot at the bottom the train station steps as you enter Main Street. Got there around 20 minutes before official parade start time.

It's crowded everywhere, especially during a party. But, in general, frontierland is a "less" crowded place to watch. Next choice for me would be train station.

I’ve heard the 2nd parade is less crowded then the first, so you may want to try that as well.

We usually do the second parade in Town Square and then exit.
