Best late night snack at MK?

What is your go to/favorite late night snack at MK? We have been making evening trips lately and all our favorite snack places-Gaston's, Cheshire Cafe, etc close before fireworks even start so we are looking for new options.

I like to mobile order corn dog nuggets from Casey's if I want a savory late night snack, one thing I discovered on my last trip is mobile order pickup windows extend past official park close so as long as you put your order in before then you can still get your food.
