Best late night at MK this week?

We are headed to WDW today! One of the things we would like to do is spend at least one late night at MK. It's open until 11 pm this Fri and Sunday, and until midnight on Sat night. None of these late nights are EMH though - just regular park hours.

I'm trying to figure out which night would be the least crowded and/or allow the best opportunities for rides (we do have PHs if we make the wrong call and want to try again another night). I've been stalking wait times on the MDX app and sometimes it seems that Saturday nights are the most crowded. It is open the longest that night though... Does it make a difference in MK night crowds if other parks are open?

On Fri, MK has morning EMH and AK is open til 10. On Sat., no other park is open past 9/9:30 (and AK has morning EMH). On Sunday, AK is open til 10:30 and HS has the only EMH, in the a.m.

Usually the later the better, but none of those are really all that late. The hour from 11:00 to midnight will probably be the least crowded of the three, but don't expect walk-ons for the headliners even then. You might get 10-15 min waits during that hour, but it's only an hour, so 4-5 headliners depending on how fast you can walk from one to the other.
