Best Hotels in Easy Walking Distance?

The Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn was very nice when I stayed there this past January. Really easy walk to the parks, included breakfast, and the rate was pretty reasonable. Clean, modern room, comfortable bed.
I have also stayed at the Hilton next to the convention center. If you want a higher end hotel and not a motel-type hotel like the Best Western, this would be a good bet. You can get pretty decent room rates when there's not a convention going on. Breakfast is not included here, but the hotel has several restaurants in it.

I haven’t seen the Park Vue Inn mentioned (though I could have missed it). Has anyone stayed there? How does it compare to BWPPI?

I’ve stayed there several times. It’s pretty much a standard motel as far as layout and rooms. Clean, nice staff and plenty of parking. We spend very little time in the room, so our preference is for a short walk and PVI is right at the crosswalk across from the entrance. It’s my first choice if staying on Harbor.
