I recently just lost those last five pounds  and really don't want to gain it back while at Disney! But I also want to enjoy the trip and feel like I'm taking in the whole experience. What are the best healthy snacks that are on the dining plan? We have quick service.

Thanks!

You can get fruit for 1 snack credit. In some of the resort CS refridgerated "cases" you can also get a side salad. You can get a bottle of water for 1 snack credit too.

In AK the cart near the start of the safari has loads of fruit and veg snack options. In MK avoid the dole float (if you really can :rolleyes1) and have the pineapple spear.

When you get a counter service meal you can ask for the kids grapes or carrots instead of the desserts.

there are soup offerings. At Columbia House in MK there's steamed brocolli which I thought was unusual as a snack, too. You can use your snacks as beverages.

Great! Thanks everyone! I figured they had some sort of fresh fruit, but wasn't sure if I wanted to use a snack credit on a banana...but it sounds like they have some bigger/better options too.

In a couple places, I've seen posts about a summer roll at Animal Kingdom --- fresh vegetables, cilantro, in a rice wrapper. I *believe* you can get it for a snack credit. Though I haven't eaten this particular summer roll, in general, I've found summer rolls to be nice flavorful light meals.

Update -- The chilled summer roll is available at the Safari Eggroll stand in Animal Kingdom, and it is in fact a snack credit:
