We'll be leaving soon (just 2 weeks
) for a grandma, mom, daughter (16) trip and we will have free dining. DD and I will eat almost anything but my mother (Grandma) is very, very health conscious. She prefers organic, lo/nonfat meals and doesn't eat pork or beef of any kind. She also only eats skinless chicken breast (no dark meat) and is not a big salad person. I've been looking at all of the counter service menus at allears and came up with a few options.
Are these the best for healthy choices in the parks? Any suggestions for other places? Thanks so much!
Animal Kingdom: Turkey sandwich at Flame Tree BBQ (Slight problem here since DD doesn't like barbeque, Tusker House would have been perfect.) How close is Pizzafari to Flame Tree?
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons (several things she'll eat here) or Tangerine Cafe for the veggie plate or chicken schwarma
Magic Kingdom: Veggie chili at Columbia Harbor House. This is the kind of thing she loves.
We don't plan on eating counter service at the Studios.
I chose to stay at Coronado Springs Resort because, of the moderates, they seemed to have the most healthy options in their food court. Any especially good healthy items here?
Thanks so much!
Jennifer
