I know you can't give me a direct answer but a guess would help...
We are staying at the POLY 11/29-12-5, need to be on monorail due to wheelchair and trip is a once in a lifetime "literally" trip. It needs to be extra special! Is the construction at POLY going to make it or break it for me?
I need the pool to be open and marina-am I going to be ok???

Yes, it will be fine. The construction during the time you will be there will not be near the monorail and the pool will still be open. As long as you don't stay LV or TPV, you will not be affected during that time.

I think your best bet it to just stay informed, and relax!! You could always research a back up resort just in case something comes up that is a deal breaker for you. I hope you have a wonderful trip!!
