Best group accessory/wardrobe ideas for a DL visit?

We are six adult ladies, looking to do something fun for our visit. Custom princess ears? There are lots on etsy.

Matching sweatshirts? Cast member name pins?

The Mickey ears Beanies in the new Disney Zara collection are so cute but they all sold out already.

Groups wearing matching shirts/sweatshirts are all over the parks. It makes it easy to spot who is together so groups don't get split up.

Ears could be fun but some people are sensitive to how ears fit. I've heard that the Loungefly ears are more comfortable than the Disney Parks ears. It isn't cold enough here to wear beanies all day. Depending on when you are visiting, they would be fun for the evening. Cakeworthy makes Mickey ear beanies in a variety of colors.

I've seen larger groups Disney bound as the characters from Winnie the Pooh, Toy Story, and Alice in Wonderland and Inside Out.
