Best fried chicken on property?

Doesn't look like too many restaurants offer this. So, to all the fried chicken experts, who has the best? (and mac and cheese while we're at it)

My vote is for Hoop de doo Review. Just thinking about going again makes me hungry.....

We really enjoyed the fried chicken at 50's Prime Time--that was in 2004. We didn't get to eat there last trip because it was closed for refurb.

I don't care for any of the mac-&-cheese at Disney, but we had some at the Garden Grill that was decent. I'm pretty picky about my mac & cheese!

I think you can get the same chicken at Trails End. I know it was surely good. Trails End is right next to Hoop-de-Doo over at Fort Wilderness.

The fried chicken at 50's Primetime was yummy.

Not sure about the Mac n Cheese.

I've also had the chicken at Trails End and it was good.

I haven't had the chicken at Hoop De Doo yet - We are going in 2007! I suspect its the same chicken that is at Trails End.

Another vote for the 50's Prime Time, we asked for an all white meat plate and they brought over 2 huge chicken breasts and a wing for each of us and didnt charge us anything extra

Add one more vote for 50's Prime Time Cafe. The chicken what I call southern fried chicken like my Momma used to make. My guess its dipped in a milk wash and then in flour before its fried. The coating is not thick at all. Just enough to give it super yummy flavor. Hmmmm my mouth is watering. I think I just decided where im gonna eat on Oct 1st

I agree! 50's Prime Time fried chicken is amazing, and so are all the fixings! The atmosphere is fun and there are lots of other "home-cooked" options, just in case you prefer something other than fried chicken... Try to save some room for their fabulous desserts though.


MMMM.... I want to go back right now just for that chicken
