Best "french fries"...where are they?

I am in LOVE with the Liberty Tree Tavern's fries. They only have them at lunch since they do the family style thing for dinner, but they're thick, crispy, perfectly seasoned, and SO SO GOOD. <3 They're the biggest reason LTT is my favorite WDW restaraunt.

The waffle fries from the Cabana at the Dolphin are to die for!

DH loved the pomme frittes at Flying Fish

Does anyone know if "The Plaza" has melted cheese for fries? Their fries were super yummy when we went earlier this month but I never ask about cheese.
