Best FP+ use arrival day Feb/Presidents Day

We are arriving on Monday/Presidents day. Landing at MCO around 2:30 pm taking DME to our resort. We know it will be crazy/busy probably everywhere, so what would be the best use of our FP+ that day late afternoon/all evening until parks close? We are thinking of going to HS first for TOT and RnRC and maybe heading to MK later as it is opened until 1 am.

Anyone have any pointers/tips for this?

All you can do is try to book 3 of your favorite attractions to come due during the time you will be in a particular park.

Thanks! That's what I planned but wasn't sure on what is going to be most likely a very busy day if there were additional strategies I wasn't thinking of. We really want to start with RnRC it's one of our favorites so we will go with that and plan from there.
