Best flavored gingerbread on property?

I read a few reviews that said the shingles from the GF house are bland! Where do you think I can find the best-tasting, most gingery/spicy gingerbread in the parks or hotels?

I can unfortunately confirm that the GF version is lacking spices and I'm not holding out much hope for the gingerbread man at the US Pavilion based on the flavor of other cookies purchased from the cookie stroll; they all tasted like sugar and not much else. Maybe somewhere in the Germany or Norway Pavilions will sell the spicy version.

I haven't tasted all the options but we love the Contemporary gingerbread offerings during the holidays.

We haven't tried the Contemporary but we have tried GF and some in WS, around the American pavilion. All very disappointing, bland and some of them were hard as a rock!

I just remembered that we tried the gingerbread Mickey cookies from the Screendoor General Store on the Boardwalk. They had chocolate covered ears which was a nice touch but no spice.

Yep, those are the ones, chocolate ear Mickey. I don't eat them, or gingerbread at all, but DW and our grandkids love 'em.

I also like the question, but don't know who may have tried every gingerbread on property, to be able to say which one is best. Wouldn't that be a fun project? Anyway, last December I really enjoyed the gingerbread at Cape May Cafe breakfast and at Biergarten dinner.

The best I have had on property is the chewy one at the xmas party, and even it is just pretty good. GF was terrible. Contempo was slightly better. I am incredibly picky about gingerbread though, and typically can only stand to eat my own.

I should have specified we like the gingerbread men at the holiday concourse castle display at the Contemporary. Chewy and nicely spicy!

I would definitely check out the Countries around World Showcase, especially Germany. Gingerbread is actually really popular there.

Acouple of years ago I had this amazing gingerbread cookie with a chocolate covered marzipan middle. This was a holiday treat at Hollywood Studios. I will be looking for it again in December.

I also had a yummy gingerbread cupcake the year before.
