Best Family Adventure

Hello:
We will be at Disney the last week of August with our 2 children, 10 and 12. We are staying at the FW cabins so will do much of our cooking there but I am looking for a really fun, standout place to take the family one or two nights. Any suggestions? Thanks

Well since you are at Ft. Wilderness... how about the Hoop Dee Doo dinner show? It is a fun family show and the food is good too.

Also.. whispering canyon at WL is fun and relaxed.

Chef Mickeys at the Contemporary is a popular choice (character meal)

'Ohana at the polynesian is fun for kids (they have coconut races and hula hoops)

Just returned from a week stay at Ft.W cabins. I hope y'all have as great of a time as we did!

We ate at Chef Mickey's and it was awesome. It was our 1st time to this restaurant and everyone had a great time. The food is very good, the character interaction is excellent and they even do a "singing/napkin twirling celebration". I would highly recommend it.

Whispering Cayon is also excellent. We didn't do it this time as time ran out for us.

Trail's End at Ft.W is also excellent. It is the same chicken and ribs served at Hoop-dee-do, without the show(or expense).
