What is the story of your best experience with a disney employee?
Personally mine was a simple encounter with a man watching the rope after entrance into the park to minimize crowds. We had a simple conversation but he was so sincere and thoughtful. He started by asking about our home town and long story short he asked us what snow was like considering we live up north and he had never seen snow. It was great to see his face light up as we described it the best we could lol. Part of the reason I keep going back to disney is the employees and on this particular occasion I was happy I could return the favor. I hope I have the opportunity to be in his shoes one day.

) waiting for our DD's dance team to start their show. It was an EXTREMELY hot morning and my DH stayed indoors with the youngest as long as possible. When they started to announce the show he and DD took their seats...they weren't there 3 min when DD had a seizure! We managed to deal with the situation and still see the show but immediately after we had to get DD back to the hotel...all she wants to do after a seizure is SLEEP! We borrowed a stroller (one of the rented Disney ones) from one of the other dance families and headed to the bus for DH and DD to go back to the hotel. We got to the park exit and realized that we wouldn't be able to take the stroller out of the park and of course our bus was at the furthest stop from the gates! I decided to go ask one of the CM's if we could take the stroller (DD was a little heavy to carry all the way!!) and I would bring it back once DH and DD were on the bus. She agreed but escorted us to the bus...at first I was a little put out by this but she ended up being wonderful. She talked to us and DD the whole time telling stories and explaining little things about working at WDW. When we were at the stop waiting for the bus there were a number of ducks around and my DD was totally enthralled by them. The CM noticed her reacation and from somewhere in a pouch she had on her belt, pulled out a little rubber duck bath toy and gave it to my DD. My DD was thrilled...it was her own little ducky friend! She used it in the bath tub for a couple of years after that...until the poor little thing just couldn't handle another bath with DD. Every trip back to WDW since, our DD has had to visit her "Ducky Friends" that seem to always be around the WDW bus stops. It's amazing how such a little thing can make such a memory!!!
