Doing the Magic, June 29 cruise. What are the best excursions for 6 & 9 year old boys?

Thanks:smooth:

Is that Eastern or Western? We are cruising on the Eastern since I was on a Western in Dec on NCL. DH and I are cruising with our DS 10.5
So far Ive been told no shopping and they arent interested in beach time. I can do the beach without them but they arent really beach bums. DH also wants to go gambling on St Marten so DS and I will go off ourselves for a while.

St. Thomas - We took our daughter (5) and son (9) on the Champagne Catamaran. They loved it. 2 hour ride each way and 2 hours swimming, snorkling, eating, digging in the sand, etc. We're not sit at the beach types (that's what castaway Cay is for)and 2 hours was just right. I understand that the Golden Eagle catamaran (from St. Maarten) is excellent, also. Sounds similar, just shorter.

Enjoy...we did...and will again!

We took our daughters, ages 5, 7, and 9, on the Atlantis submarine excursion at St. Thomas, and we all enjoyed it!!! You take a 20 minute boat ride to Buck Island where you board the submarine. We saw many fish, sea turtles, a few small sharks, lots of coral and different terrain of the underwater world. We went down to about 80 feet in the sea. We didn't feel claustraphobic at all......it was nice, air-conditioned, and the guide was very knowledgeable.

We went 3/23 and I have a 7(M) and 9(F) and we did the Golden Eagle catamaran in St. Maarten and loved it. Beware, people do get seasick and throw up!!Snorkeling wasn't that great but it was alot of fun!!!!We also did the submarine trip and they loved it. They still talk about the sharks that we saw. A little expensive but very worth it!!!!!

We did the Golden Eagle in St Maarten and the kids loved it! They loved the waves crashing and I think they liked the dancing past the cruise ships on the way back the best of all - LOL.

We didn't want to have to get up at the crack of dawn on St Thomas, so we did Coral World and Coki Beach on our own. The kids really loved it, and my 10 yo wants to do it again this summer. I think hand feeding the free roaming iguanas was their favorite part (NOT MINE - LOL.) The snorkeling at Coki Beach was very good. It was simple to do on our own, and we still had time to hit the shops when we got back to town.
