Best Epcot sit down for gluten-free kid?

I'm trying to decide on 1-2 sit down dinners at Epcot and am struggling because they're mostly run by 3rd parties and don't have allergy menus posted. We eat pretty much anything but need something kid friendly that has good gluten-free kids options? He will eat almost anything but grilled vegetables but gets disappointed if there is not a gf dessert or side dish he can have. He'll be 8. I wanted to do the Spice Road fireworks dinner but that seems like it has very few GF options. Neither of my kids are interested in character meals anymore. Any ideas?

You'll have to look at the menu for each restaurant. I checked Le Cellier and Coral Reef and they have a bunch of GF options for kids.

What about Trattoria al Forno at the Boardwalk. It's a quick walk from Epcot IG. We went there when my gf son was younger and he liked it a lot. There's gf fried calamari and chicken parm, and the kids menu has tomato soup, grilled chicken/fish, meatballs, green beans, broccoli, gelato, etc. He could probably put together a pretty yummy meal from those choices.

Seconding Trattoria! I’m the GF one in my family but we really enjoyed it in 2021 and will be bringing my son this summer.

My Son and his GF are gluten-free, and they LOVE Tutto. We eat there every year with them, and they rave about the menu, and quality of the GF noodles

Allergy menus aren't posted by La Hacienda had a lot of options that would have been suitable for gluten free including corn tortillas.
