My vote is for Le Cellier, with the Rose & Crown right behind it. Have always had great meals at both places.

LeCellier is our favorite, followed by Biergarten and then Rose & Crown. We are trying Tutto the next trip, hopefully.

The best food, hands down, is Le Cellier.

HOWEVER, we feel that San Angel Inn is the best overall dining experience (food, service, ambiance, ADR, price).

We ate at Le Cellier twice and loved it both times. I've not eaten at any other restaurants on your list, so I went with Le Cellier It was so yummy!!

For me it's Tutto Italia. WONDERFUL food and service. For DH, it's Le Cellier.

I tried to fit it in but there was only room for 12

That one is really hard because I would equally rate 4 of those on food quality. So, for me it has to be atmosphere.

I had to choose Chefs De France. That place looks amazing night and day. Plus the menu is very diverse and the waitstaff was very attentive and entertaining. I love it.

We have two that we love for the following reasons: atmosphere, food, overall theme. They are San Angel Inn and Biergarten. We also love Teppan Edo. We have eaten at each restaurant in WS and could say good things, as well as complain, about each. San Angel and Biergarten are two that are consistent in quality and experience, our opinions only. We have experience a lot of "really good one trip to really bad the next" in most of the others but none more than Akershus and Tutto, again just our experiences (we will still visit depending on the trip).
