Best Epcot PPO ADR plan?

We have a 8:00 ADR at garden grill. We will hopefully beat the ropw drop crowd to Soarin. I'm wondering what the best options are after Soarin. Im wondering what the line for Joy and Sadness would be like right after riding soarin or should we go to test track? We will fast pass FEA. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would do Joy and Sadness at rope drop and then go to Soarin -- which, of course, defeats the purpose of your GG ADR. But the M&G has a much slower throughput, so its line backs up much faster than Soarin', especially with the third theater now in play.
