Best DTD or Resort Restaurant??

We are going to be spending one day going to Disney Quest and DTD during our 4 night/5 day Free Dining trip in September. I had planned on WPC for that day, but now I am second guessing. I'm open for suggestions for any DTD or resort dining. Please tell me why you like these places.

Here's what we don't want (do want re-do's of where we went last trip)...

Nothing at the Poly and no Raglan Rd...oh and no 2 credit places either.

Spoodles are Boardwalk is fantastic. They will be closing soon and changing chefs, but if they are open during your stay give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Maya Grill at Coronado Springs has a unique Mexican flair. The atmosphere is lovely.

I second Spoodles--one of our best meals last trip! I wish I were going before they close this year.

We've enjoyed Grand Floridian Cafe before.
