Best driving route from Caribe Royale to RPH

I need the best driving route from the Caribe Royal to RPH. We will be leaving the Caribe Royal early in the am so we can check-in and go to WWOHP early for on-site guests. I believe we can get into the park at 8am. Was thinking about leaving Caribe around 6:30am. Would this be enough time. Mapquest has us going on I-4 and tells me it should take 15 minutes. Will the I-4 be a parking lot on July 5th at 6:30am? Is there a back way we should be taking. I am getting scared about reports of people camping out to get into the parks. We usually stay in WDW while in Orlando and take internal busses so I don't know what the traffic situations are in and around the parks.
