BEST Doctor's Appointment...

I so very much love my doctor. I had my annual physical today and she walked in and was BLOWN AWAY by how good I looked; then proceeded to go on and on about how my blood pressure, heart rate and bloodwork was "absolutely fantastic". I told her I have a copy of it tacked up at work and she said she didn't blame me. She asked how much weight I've lost and I told her it's at 49.5 from the 242 when I first started to try to lose for mom; she said "actually, the highest weight we have for you is 253, so you can say you've lost 60 pounds!"

I love that woman!

Thanks you guys! Yeah, I rave about my doctor whenever I can; she's just amazing. I only wish I had been able to convince my parents to get to her sooner, mom might still be around! She's certainly kicking my dad's butt back into shape!

Oohhh, yes, I should change my WISH symbol; it's been stuck at 50 TOO long!
