Best Disney non-animated movie?

I got confused a few days ago--there was a thread about the best non-Disney animated movie--I thought it was best non-animated Disney movie until I opened it up and saw everyone saying "Shrek!"
So what is your favorite NON-animated Disney movie? I think Darby O'Gill and the Little People, although I like the first Parent Trap and DH would say 20,000 Leagues under the Sea.

Midnight Madness. It is about an all night scavenger hunt and has a very young Michael J. Fox in it. It totally cracks me up.

I had to go look at the case and it said Buena Vista Home Video and DH assured me it's Disney LOL
