Best delux resort with a 6 year old?

I would do the Beach club-the pool is amazing if they like pools. If you really prefer to be on the monorail line for MK, than I would do the POLY. Although, kids do love WL too. It's not on the monorail but, very close. Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with any of these!

I have to say the CR is cool, but the pool looks really boring. I haven't stayed there since I was a kid.

My family loves the GF the pool is amazing and you have the monorail that makes the trip easy!!!!! I love having property to walk around at night or in the morning. Its not just one hotel building, its a compound.

Before falling in love with GF would stay continously at the WL the pool is also great, although my kids think the slide is alittle to babish now that they are older (DS13 DD10). The Whispering Canyon is not to be missed and the WL has a cart for pin trading that was a great way to be introduced and learn about pin trading. Not many hotels have this and it is still a place they love to visit. The roaring forks is also one of the best cs places we have been to. Also, don't forget the bunk beds!

But!!!!! You didn't mention when you were planning on going and this is way I told you about two hotels. At the WL the boats are great, but hot in the summer. Remember the monorail is airconditioned and the boats are not!!! Lots of bugs at night too!! Freaks out my DD10.

I am going to say the Poly because of the Monorail. My DGD loved it there. Her favorite was the AKL though. There is something magical about waking up to exotic animals munching their breakfast right outside of your balcony if your little one is an animal lover. She would watch them and try to find them on the chart that was given to her. The pool is pretty cool as well.

The Poly has a nice beach, the castle to gaze at and fireworks to enjoy from the beach (or the pool), 'Ohana for breakfast and plenty for kids to do but the major plus is the convenience of hopping on the monorail and heading to the MK or to the resorts surrounding the MK. My DD and her DH preferred the Poly for that reason.
