Best deal right now?

Since Disney never sends us pin codes is the best Disney deal right now? Is it the "Families with Little Ones" package? It seems like that is pricing out the lowest but wasn't sure if I was missing something?

It will be 5 people (hubby, myself, 7 year old, 5 year old, and 2 year old) in case that makes a difference. Staying at a moderate resort.

We booked the stay/play/dine Jan.27-Feb.5 (9 nights) at POR for family of 5 (2 adults, 8, 5, 4 year olds) with regular dining plan, 7 day tix, no hoppers, no waterparks, for $3997.

I believe this discount is very similar to "kids special".
