Best days to Visit with new late entry

Hi folks
We are visiting in August, staying off site, and were wondering if anyone has an up to date list of the best days to visit the parks allowing for the early and late extra magic hours?

I think part of the problem is that they are still "changing" a bit at the moment so at the moment it's hard to say. Sorry that's really unhelpful!

It's very frustrating if you like to plan in advance (like I do!)
