Best days of week for IOA/US

What are the least crowed days for each park during the summer months (i.e., June)?

Sunday and Monday are usually the least crowded days. Saturdays are a NIGHTMARE at IOA!

So if we start touring on Saturday, it would be wise to start at US? We're going in March but I'm a little worried about the Spring Break crowds.
